Introduction

SECURELY SAS. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates securely.id and app.securely.id (hereinafter referred to as "Websites").

This Privacy Policy governs your visit to the Securely website, and web application, available at securely.id and subdomains, it explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.  We use your data to provide and improve our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and, together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us (“Agreement”).

SERVICE means the securely.id website and the app app.securely.id are operated by SECURELY SAS.

Securely’s role as a Processor

Given the nature of our business, we may act as a data processor when processing personal data under the direction of our customers, who act as data controllers. Our customers are responsible for complying with all relevant regulations and laws, including providing notice, disclosure, and obtaining consent before sharing personal data to use our services.


Changes to This Privacy Policy 

We may update our Privacy policy from time to time. The “Last Revision” legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services. Your use of the Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
